Each event has its unique requirements. We can design menu and staging within your chosen site and can work with you in any location available. If you need some suggestions on where you might hold and event, let us suggest some venues that we have found successful.
Outdoor logistics are our forte. We arrange all rentals needed- tenting, tables, chairs, serving ware, glassware, etc. Call or e-mail us for estimates. It is important that guests find that the ease and accessibility of food, bar, and services have been taken into account.

Price, personal tastes, the guests, the families' sentimental favorites, bold new tastes, the timing, courses, all combine in the most personalized menu, with as many meetings or conversations as are necessary! Tastings can sometimes be arranged.
 
From simple to elaborate, we take over the reservations and worries connected with rentals. We have excellent records with the companies we prefer. There is a 10% charge.

Not sure where to hold your event? We have a number of terrific venues, some with accommodations for visiting relatives and guests. Most require good advanced arrangements. Outdoor logistics are our forte!

Check with us on our preferred florists, musicians, photographers,
videographers, bridal gowns, bakeries. Also we can offer referral
on nearly any specific need.

 We work as a team. My function coordinator Lori Austin from Plainfield has been working with me since 1992. We have professional bartenders, wait staff, bus staff, and kitchen assistants with myself. The staff enjoys making the event delightful for all.
